Silent Killer

An abstract portrait representing the dangers associated with pill contraceptive use and DVT (deep vein thrombosis). I was personally a victim of this and this is the reason I am disabled at 23 years old. Artists also have a higher chance of getting dvt because of prolonged periods of sitting. I made this art to show how I feel, which is like a walking disease, always getting stared at for walking funny and using a cane. It takes away my confidence and doesnt make me feel human or confident. I wanted to share this piece of art too because I want more people to understand the tie between artists, prolonged movement, deep vein thrombosis, and birth control.
